PJPII Catholic School is open to students of all faiths, races, and color. Please note that we also have a Summer Program, more in the style of a camp. Please click here for information on that program. The information that follows pertains to attending during the regular school year.

New Students

The admissions procedure begins with the submittal of the New Student Application Form and $25, which will be applied to the New Student Fee. All fees are non-refundable. Once the Application and all supporting documentation are received, they are reviewed and you will be notified of our decision relating to the acceptance of the applicant(s). After a new student application has been reviewed and accepted, the other "New Student Forms" (listed below) need to be completed and returned. The remainder of the New Student Fee and the Student Registration Fee (see amounts under the heading Tuition Information) must accompany the registration form. Returning Students

All returning students must complete the required forms and submit the Student Fees to secure their slot for the upcoming school year. See fee amounts under the heading Tuition Information. All fees are non-refundable. Credit Cards are accepted for payment of fees and tuition, a small service charge may be required.

Parents are responsible to make sure that immunizations are kept current. Be sure to check with the Health Department or your child’s doctor for the latest changes in requirements.

Returning Student Forms:

  • Returning Student Application.
  • Financial Responsibility.
  • Parish Verification - this form will be supplied by the school office upon acceptance of the Student Registration form
  • Court-mandated Custody Documentation, if applicable
  • Health Examination Form (from your Doctor), if applicable
  • A current Immunization Form (from your Doctor or Health Department), if applicable.
