Financial Instructions for Pope John Paul II Catholic School

Please Note Changes

As a reminder: Required by the Diocese of St. Petersburg all Tuition, Book Fees, and

Investment in Education must be paid through FACTS for the 2013-2014 school year.

To set up my payments:

  1. Go to the school’s website homepage (or click HERE)
  2. Under “HOME” you will see FACTS e-cashier listed on the bottom
  3. Click on “FACTS e-cashier”
  4. Click on “PROCEED”
  5. Enter your personal information
  6. Click “PROCEED”
  7. Choose to have payments taken out Annually, Semi-Annually and 10 or 12 months. (see tuition schedule for what these amounts will be for your family.)
  8. Complete banking information. (choose automated bank payment or credit card)

Once you have completed this enrollment process, Donna Osborne will enter the amount due per month. She will only enter tuition amounts. Book fees are due by June 1st and the Investment in Education ticket money is not due until the end of November (see enclosed information about this program).

Can’t I just pay by check?

No, all payments must be made through FACTS.

When will payments start?

10 month payment plans starts August 2013 with deduction date of either August 5th or August 20th. ($38.00 Yearly Fee)

12 month payment plans starts July 2013 with deduction date of either July 5th or July 20th. ($38.00 Yearly Fee)

Annually: 1 payment deducted in August 2013 ($0 Yearly Fee)

Semi-Annually: 2 payments deducted in August 2013 and January 2014 ($10 Yearly Fee)

I receive tuition assistance such as Step Up for Students. What do I do with the overage amounts owed?

Please set up a FACTS account to pay the overage amount due. Adjustments will be made for accounts receiving the Mary C. Forbes Foundation as awards are not made until the summer.
